During the conference Alphacore will present it paper entitled “Radiation and Reliability Characterization Chips (RAREChips) program for RHBD in advanced CMOS SOI and FinFET technologies”
RHET is an annual conference for the entire space avionics community, with presentations oriented towards requirements, plans, and programs for the space, missile and avionics electronic systems technology base.
RHET will kick off with an evening reception on November 5, 2018 followed by two days of presentations on industry advancements and trends.
