During the week of May 22 – 25, 2017 at the San Diego Marriott in La Jolla, we will be participating in the 26th Annual Single Event Effects (SEE) Symposium that will be coupled with the Military and Aerospace Programmable Logic Devices (MAPLD) Workshop. The agenda includes topics on SEE Test Methodology, Assurance and Characterization including programmable product application papers.
